Shipping Policy

 1. How Orders are Processed

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and ready within 1–2 business days after placement (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming your purchase and estimated readiness.

 2. Curbside Pickup (Local Only)

  • We offer free curbside pickup at our Cambridge location (and also starting in St Andrews in September).

  • Your order will be ready to collect 1–2 business days after ordering.

  • You’ll receive an email confirming a time and date. Once this has been completed, simply come by to the location in the email during business hours and we’ll bring it out to your car!

 3. Shipping (UK only)

  • All parcels are shipped through Royal Mail .

  • Once dispatched, you'll receive an email.

  • Typical shipping times:

    • UK: 3-5 business days

 4. Delays & Interruptions

  • Unforeseen Events: Customs processing, courier delays, or weather events may affect delivery times.
